Dear friends and patients, we have an important update regarding our Porcelain Dent clinic in Lukyanivka.

On Saturday, 31st Jan, a technical incident occurred at our location. Due to an emergency at the district transformer and a sudden power surge, a fire broke out in the clinic's electrical panel. According to the official report by the State Emergency Service, the cause was an external factor (a fire at the district transformer).

Most importantly, no one was injured. The safety of our patients and staff is our absolute priority.

We are currently working on restoring the power supply and cleaning up the premises to reopen our doors in Lukyanivka as soon as possible. Our administrators are already reaching out to reschedule your appointments to our Podil or Pechersk locations.

Our other locations continue to operate as usual, as they are equipped with autonomous protection systems. As for Lukyanivka, we will reopen only after a complete technical inspection to ensure 100% safety for every patient.
