Case Overview
The patient presented with multiple concerns: pathological tooth wear, loss of vertical dimension, and missing lower first molars (teeth #36, #46). This condition required a global approach to stabilize the entire occlusal system.

Scope of Work: Total prosthodontics + Implantation.
Treatment Steps:
1. Surgical Phase: Placement of dental implants in the lower posterior regions (missing 6s) to re-establish a solid chewing foundation.
2. Prosthetic Phase: Full-arch restoration of both upper and lower jaws. Restoring the anatomical shape and height of the teeth returned the patient's natural facial contours and chewing comfort.
