A 45-year-old patient presented with a request to improve his smile's aesthetics and restore a missing tooth. The primary goal was to combine surgical restoration with high-end aesthetic prosthetics, ensuring a natural result tailored to the patient’s facial features.

Approach: Digital Smile Design (DSD), Implantation, Veneers.
Treatment Steps:
1. Digital Smile Design (DSD): A virtual model was created to preview the final outcome, ensuring the patient's expectations were met before treatment began.
2. Implantation: Placement of a premium Straumann implant (Switzerland) at position 24, providing superior reliability and fast osseointegration.
3. Preparation: Minimally invasive tooth preparation for veneers to preserve as much natural tooth structure as possible.4.
4. Aesthetic Phase: Installation of all-ceramic restorations (veneers) on both upper and lower jaws — from the 2nd premolar to the 2nd premolar (20 units in total).
Outcome: Full restoration of dental integrity and a flawless natural smile, significantly enhancing the patient's confidence.

A crown helps to restore a severely decayed tooth, return it to its previous form and function and protect it from the formation of cavities later on. These crowns are used in the restoration and treatment of teeth canals and implantation.
Veneers are a sparing alternative to crowns. They are installed on the front of a depulped or living tooth, provided that a sufficient surface area is maintained. Only a small amount of tooth enamel is shaved for better contact with the plate. Usually veneers are 0.3 mm to 1.5 mm thick.
Installation of implants is an opportunity to restore a lost tooth without affecting adjacent teeth. They are used as roots for individual crowns.
