The patient came to Porcelain Dent after completing orthodontic treatment elsewhere. Our task was "aesthetic fine-tuning": stabilizing the bite and creating a harmonious frame for the teeth through gingival management.
Lead Dentist: Maksym Voronin
Duration: 4 months (including the tissue conditioning phase)
Treatment Steps:
1. Gingival Correction: Reshaping the gum line on teeth 11 and 12 to achieve symmetrical gingival zeniths.
2. Temporary Phase (2 months): Placement of provisional crowns to shape the gum tissue and allow the patient to adapt to the new tooth morphology.
3. Final Restorations: Ceramic crowns on teeth 11 and 12, complemented by porcelain veneers on 21 and 22.

Outcome: A perfect balance of function and natural aesthetics. The result is a seamless, radiant smile that functions flawlessly.

In order to achieve the form of a future tooth, we can use removal of imprints (impressions of the teeth) and digital scanning (virtual imprints). Scanning is more precise, quicker and more comfortable.
A crown helps to restore a severely decayed tooth, return it to its previous form and function and protect it from the formation of cavities later on. These crowns are used in the restoration and treatment of teeth canals and implantation.
We often encounter situations where the patient’s teeth are even, have a good color and form, but on one tooth or two the gums seemingly “jumped up” or “dropped”. Then a major differential forms that seriously ruins the smile. In such cases, we advise you have plastics put on your gums to return the to their natural level.
